Terms and Conditions — qr789 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document with specific meanings. Wherever these words appear with a capital letter, the definition below applies.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on qr789, logging into an existing Account, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and qr789.

qr789 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, qr789 will notify registered Members by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of qr789 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on qr789 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. qr789 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or place Bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of another person, a company or any other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee of qr789 or an immediate family member of a qr789 employee.
• You must not be self-excluded from qr789 or any related platform. Attempting to register a new Account while self-excluded is a breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member may hold only one Account on qr789 at any time. If qr789 identifies that a Member holds more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — qr789 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any open Bets placed on those Accounts and forfeit any Wallet balance held therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. qr789 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have disclosed your credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security.

If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact qr789 support immediately at support@qr789.biz. qr789 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary Account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your Account information — including contact details and payment method details — accurate and up to date. qr789 will not be responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated contact or payment information in your Account profile.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your qr789 Account at any time by contacting customer support. qr789 will process Account closure requests within 48 hours. Any Wallet balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding Verification requirements.

qr789 reserves the right to close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is identified. In such cases, qr789 may retain any balance pending investigation.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qr789 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital account
• SadaPay digital account
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa or Mastercard debit card

All transactions on qr789 are conducted exclusively in PKR. qr789 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount for Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Maximum daily and weekly limits may apply and will be shown during the transaction process.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified Accounts are typically processed within five minutes. Withdrawals via bank transfer (IBFT) are processed within one to three business days. qr789 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

qr789 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or other proof of address, or a screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination. Withdrawals will be held pending receipt and review of verification documents. qr789 aims to complete verification reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A Bet is confirmed only when qr789 displays a confirmed bet reference on screen and sends a confirmation to your Account. Bets are not valid until a confirmation reference is generated. qr789 reserves the right to decline any Bet at its discretion, including Bets placed after an event has started where the outcome is already known.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per Bet is Rs 50 for virtual sports and Rs 100 for most real sports markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type and are displayed at the point of bet placement. qr789 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member's Account based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

6.3 Odds and Market Changes

All Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the Bet was accepted. qr789 operates a best-odds policy on selected markets — where applicable this will be displayed on the relevant market. Odds are subject to change before a Bet is confirmed. Once a Bet reference is issued, odds are locked for that Bet.

6.4 Void Bets

A Bet may be declared void by qr789 in the following circumstances, among others:

• The event to which the Bet relates is abandoned or cancelled
• The Bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error
• The Bet was placed after the result was already known (late bet)
• The Bet relates to an event the outcome of which has been determined to have been manipulated

When a Bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's Wallet in full.

6.5 In-Play Betting

In-play Bets — placed after an event has started — are subject to additional rules. qr789 may delay acceptance of in-play Bets while odds are updated. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during the period of reviewing a Bet placement request. qr789 accepts no responsibility for delays in internet connectivity or platform performance that prevent in-play Bets from being placed.

7Casino & Virtual Sports

All live casino games and virtual sports products available on qr789 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are generated before bets are settled and every result is time-stamped and verifiable. The certification details for qr789's RNG systems are available on request through customer support.

By participating in live casino games or virtual sports on qr789 you accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG and are not influenced by the platform, the dealer or any other party
• Technical malfunctions void all play and stakes are returned if a game cannot be completed
• The rules specific to each game type are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions
• Virtual sports results are simulated and bear no direct relationship to real-world sporting events occurring at the same time

8Bonuses & Promotions

qr789 offers bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, referral rewards and seasonal promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

8.1 Referral Bonus

Members who refer a new user to qr789 through their unique referral link earn Rs 500 per qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when the referred person registers a new Account using the referral link and makes a first deposit of at least Rs 200. The Rs 500 referral bonus has no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately. Full terms are on the Refer a Friend page.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors on qr789 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their initial deposit. Welcome bonus terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions and expiry periods, are specified in the promotion details at the time of the offer. Unless explicitly stated as wagering-free, welcome bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.

8.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued to the eligible Member's Wallet within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion
• Only one bonus per promotion per Member — creating multiple Accounts to claim additional bonuses is prohibited and will result in Account closure
• Bonuses that remain unused for more than 30 days from issue may expire and be removed from the Wallet without further notice
• qr789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence

9Responsible Gaming

qr789 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Members through their Account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. When the limit is reached, Bet placement is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum daily time for active sessions on qr789. The platform will prompt you to end the session when your limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from qr789 for a defined period. During a cooling-off period your Account will be restricted from placing Bets but withdrawals of existing balances remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily self-exclude your Account from qr789. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed. Self-excluded Members must not attempt to register new Accounts.

10Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qr789 and will result in immediate Account suspension and may lead to permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses
• Using any automated system, script, bot or software tool to place Bets, access the platform or exploit market pricing
• Attempting to manipulate odds, game outcomes or event results through any means, including through collusion with other Members
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unlawful means
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information to qr789
• Exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake or software bug to gain an unfair advantage — any Bets placed knowingly at erroneous odds will be voided
• Using your Account or the qr789 platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime

11Privacy & Data

qr789 collects and processes personal data from Members in connection with Account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform operation. The full details of how qr789 handles your personal data — including what is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and what rights you have — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an Account on qr789 you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and that you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

qr789 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between Members and the platform. Member funds are held in accounts segregated from qr789's operational funds at all times.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qr789 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data or any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, internet connectivity issues or circumstances beyond qr789's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable account security
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by the Member's own failure to complete Verification requirements
• Any decisions made by a Member based on information, statistics or market data displayed on qr789, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits qr789's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13Changes to These Terms

qr789 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a Member, qr789 will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by an in-platform notification visible when you next log in.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that do not alter your core rights — may be made without individual notification. The current version of these Terms and Conditions, including the date of last update shown at the top of this page, is always available at qr789.biz/terms-conditions.

If you do not agree with any material change to these Terms and Conditions, you may close your Account before the changes take effect. Continued use of qr789 after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
